The primary purpose of team formation is to create teams that are evenly matched, however, there are also practice scheduling considerations and other factors that go into team formation. Teams are formed by the Division Commissioner or by a coaches draft. Registration takes place in Late October-Early February for the Spring season and Early May-Early July for the Fall season.
